I am the owner of 625 E. Painted Pueblo in A.F. Sterling's Santa Rita Ranch II development. I have been working with Glen the past two weeks to correct some defects brought to my attention by a home inspector in preparation of selling my home.

I wanted to bring to your attention the very positive experience I had working with Glen, and let you know how much I appreciated his professionalism and excellent customer service.

I had to reschedule at late notice my initial meeting with Glen as I had an important meeting come up that I had to attend. Glen was understanding and gave me several different times when he could meet me. When I did meet Glen he was friendly and professional, and shortly thereafter he sent me an e-mail documenting what we had discovered, discussed, and how and when it would be corrected.

The schedule Glen gave me was followed and the work completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. In addition, Glen noted that a fascia board was pulling loose on the porch, which the inspector and myself had failed to notice, but which was certainly in need of repair. This was corrected satisfactorily along with the other items we identified.

From my experience, your crew, and Glen in particular, are doing a fine job, and they are an asset to A.F. Sterling.

I love my new A. F. Sterling house. It is well constructed, comfortable and attractive. A. F. Sterling personnel have been consistently helpful and attentive throughout the home buying process, including pre-sales decisions, construction, move-in and follow up.

Through A. F. Sterling's great team, A+++ customer service was received. My home is great and to be honest I haven't had one problem with it. Not one!!

I hear about these other builder's and the nightmare's my friends have gone through and feel so lucky to have chosen A. F. Sterling as my homebuilder. The house is beautiful and every detail was carefully attended. The quality of the craftsmanship is obvious before you even walk in the door. I love the floor plan because it is so open and makes the house seem even more spacious than it is.

Another thing great about my A.F. Sterling house buying experience is the service did not end when I was handed the keys. I was provided with a list of maintenance numbers in case something goes amiss with my house.
