Tucson, AZ - A.F. Sterling Homes announces the opening of its newest neighborhood of homes at Riverside Pointe in Tucson. The community located on West River Road near North La Cholla Boulevard, includes new green building techniques for greater energy savings.
These homes will feature Icynene® sprayed-on foam insulation, a product that minimizes air leakage for increased energy efficiency, improved indoor air quality and a quieter home.
"Sprayed-on insulation products have been typically used on high-end custom homes," says Randy Agron of A.F. Sterling Homes. "We believe that this marks the first time that a production builder in Tucson has provided such an energy efficient home at this price point," he said.
The new series of single and two-story homes measure from 1,178 to 2,157 square feet with base prices ranging from $179,900 to $224,900.
Seven home designs are available in three, four and five bedroom plans.
These homes come with the Energy Star designation and include additional specifications for greener housing, including low-e dual pane windows,
gas heating and 13 SEER air conditioning.
