Finalize the move-in date, find friends and family to help move, pick wall colors and window treatments, and most importantly, schedule your walk-through.
"The walk-through is the buyer's opportunity to learn how the new house works, and to spot items that need to be corrected or adjusted," said Traci Fontaine, Sales & Marketing Manager of A.F. A.F. Sterling Homes
Local Builder Inspires Customer Loyalty
Reprinted from the Arizona Daily Star,
May 16, 2005 |
|
When
A.F. Sterling Homes opened its doors in 1987 it's safe to say that
nobody had an inkling of the fierce customer loyalty that would be
generated by the locally owned and operated homebuilder.
Testimony to that success is the fact that one in five of the company's
sales originates from a referral while many buyers have purchased their
second, third and even fourth home from A.F. Sterling. Careful attention
to construction details, plus a commitment to service after the sale,
have firmly established the company's solid reputation with both local
realtors and customers looking for strict quality standards, custom
features and exceptional value.
