Five Construction Inspections

We complete a series of five checklists to carefully monitor construction quality on your A.F. Sterling home before, during and after construction. These include:

  1. Your pre-foundation check
  2. Your pre-slab check
  3. Your framing inspection
  4. Your insulation check
  5. Your final inspection

Three Days Before Your Purchase

Three days prior to your taking possession of your new home, your A.F. Sterling construction superintendent will walk through the home with you to make certain everything is in order.

Your Personal Customer Service Representative

We make certain you connect with your personal A.F. Sterling customer service representative, so that you know who to ask for should any post-move-in questions or needs arise.

Possession Day

On the day you take possession of your new home, you and your A.F. Sterling service representative will again conduct a thorough inside to outside inspection tour that assures everything is as you expected it to be.

You'll receive a homeowner's manual, service procedure forms, a useful refrigerator magnet for important telephone numbers and, of course, the keys to your beautiful new A.F. Sterling home.

Forget-Me-Not Service

After 90 days, we check back with you to see if you're happy with everything. Our mission is to always pay attention to your needs and, if necessary, ensure quality repair work. And when you do come to us with a question, we make it a policy to get back to you promptly!

Lasting Impressions

After the sale, you'll be asked to complete a report that rates our performance. We're proud of the quality and value that are built into each and every A.F. Sterling home.
