This renovation will thoughtfully refresh the Arizona Inn while preserving the character and charm of this historic luxury hotel.
The guest rooms will be updated by removing existing carpet, staining the exposed concrete floors, applying fresh interior paint, and replacing plumbing and electrical components where needed.
The lobby, reception areas, and common walkways will be enhanced with the installation of handcrafted concrete pavers that complement the property’s timeless architecture.
Exterior improvements will include the repair and replacement of walk decks, roofing, downspouts, and awnings to enhance both the appearance and long-term durability of the property.
